Website & Invoice Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer flexible and secure payment options for all services and memberships, including:
Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, Revolut Pay, Stripe and Bank Transfer. All
payments are processed through trusted third‐party providers.
2. Flexible Payment Options
Where instalment or “Buy Now, Pay Later” options are offered (such as Klarna, Clearpay, or
PayPal Pay‐in‐3), approval is at the sole discretion of the payment provider. Maj Travel
Concierge does not influence provider affordability checks or decisions.
3. Fees & Charges
Clients are responsible for any transaction fees, interest, or payment‐provider charges
associated with their chosen payment method. Our invoices reflect only the amount due for
our services.
4. Booking Confirmation
Flight searches, quotes, concierge work and bookings begin only after payment is received
or a flexible payment option has been fully approved by the provider.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
• Service and concierge fees are non‐refundable once work has begun.
• Flight bookings follow airline fare rules, including penalties or non‐refundable terms.
• Refunds (when eligible) are issued back to the original payment method only.
• Third‐party payment provider fees are non‐refundable and borne by the client.
6. Failed or Reversed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, all active services or bookings may be suspended until the
outstanding balance is settled.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Maj Travel Concierge directly for any billing concerns.
Unnecessary chargebacks may lead to service suspension and administrative fees.
