travel support. All airline decisions regarding cancellations, delays, refunds, and ticketing remain governed by the airline’s own policies.

3. Fees & Payments
Fees for concierge services are payable before work begins. Once service delivery has started, fees are non‑refundable.

4. Liability
We act as an intermediary between customers and travel providers. We are not responsible
for airline operational decisions, delays, cancellations, or third‑party actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the concierge service.

5. Data Protection

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the
