1. Membership Policy
• Membership Tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Corporate memberships provide varying
levels of concierge access, flight support and SmartTravel features. Full details are displayed
on the Membership page.
• Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly or annually (depending on selection) through
your chosen payment provider. Renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: Members may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals but does
not refund payments already made or services already delivered.
• Membership Benefits: All benefits listed on the website are subject to availability,
reasonable use and operational capacity. Some services may require additional fees (e.g.,
special requests, out-of-hours work).
• Fair Use: Excessive or abusive use of search, quote or concierge services may result in
limits being applied.
• Upgrades & Downgrades: Members may upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at
the next billing cycle.
2. SmartTravel Disclaimer
• Scope of Service: SmartTravel provides monitoring of flight schedules, delays, gate
changes, cancellations and relevant travel alerts using third‑party data sources.
• Accuracy of Information: SmartTravel relies on external aviation APIs and airline systems.
While we aim to provide timely alerts, we cannot guarantee accuracy, timing or
completeness of any update.
• Missed Alerts: Maj Travel Concierge is not liable for missed flights, missed notifications,
system delays or last‑minute airline changes.
• Member Responsibility: Accurate flight details must be provided. Incorrect details may
prevent SmartTravel from functioning.
• Coverage: SmartTravel support applies primarily to flights booked through Maj Travel
Concierge. For non-member or third‑party bookings, assistance is on a best-effort basis
only.
3. Flight Booking Disclaimer & Service Delay Policy

• External Control: All flights, fares, schedules and availability are controlled solely by
airlines. Maj Travel Concierge acts as an intermediary agent and does not operate or control
airline services.
• Fare Conditions: All bookings are subject to airline fare rules, cancellation policies,
baggage limits and change restrictions. Some fares are fully non‑refundable.
• Schedule Changes & Delays: Maj Travel Concierge is not liable for delays, missed
connections, cancellations, diversions or operational decisions made by airlines or airports.
• Service Delivery: We will make every reasonable effort to secure your preferred flight,
seat and itinerary; however, we cannot guarantee airline acceptance, fare price stability or
seat availability at the time of booking.
• Client Responsibility: Travellers must ensure they meet passport, visa, transit and health
requirements for all destinations and connecting countries.
• Booking Confirmation: Work on searches, quotes or bookings begins only after payment is
received or approved.
• Refunds: Where eligible, refunds follow the airline’s rules and may take several weeks.
Provider or processing fees are not refundable.
