2. Airline Refunds
Airline refunds, cancellations, and fare rules are governed solely by the airline’s terms.
We assist in processing airline refunds, but we are not responsible for airline decisions or timelines.

3. Errors & Corrections
If an error is made by us during the booking process, we will correct it at no additional cost.

4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued if:
• No work has begun
• Duplicate payments were made
