Multi country personal travel

A UK traveller engaged MAJ Travel Concierge® to coordinate a conference itinerary across Czechia and Germany, involving multiple flights across five cities. Booking a flight is easy. Coordinating complex travel, with full awareness of what you are committing to, is not.

MAJ Travel Concierge® grew out of years of helping friends, family, and church community with travel that needed more than a booking engine. Trips with multiple legs, ageing parents to coordinate, visa-dependent journeys, conference itineraries, and the recovery work when something went wrong. The problem was rarely that travel is complicated. It was usually that the rules behind a ticket are not understood until they bite.

What started as favours became a service. MAJ Travel Services Limited was incorporated in 2022, ICO registration followed, and in December 2025 the business rebranded as MAJ Travel Concierge® with a registered UK trade mark. The philosophy has stayed the same throughout: we manage your travel, you just travel.

Every client is taken on personally. You deal directly with a dedicated concierge, not a handler, not a system. That is the commitment MAJ Travel Concierge® is built on.
